Saiqa Tabassum is a  Solicitor within the Residential Conveyancing Department. After completing her Law degree at Coventry University, she went on to study the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in Birmingham.

Saiqa primarily handles residential conveyancing matters and has experience dealing with a wide range of transactions involving freehold and leasehold properties, including remortgages, auction properties, and Right to Buy matters. She has also worked within the new build sector, assisting with Help to Buy schemes and shared ownership properties. Friendly, approachable, and attentive, Saiqa is committed to ensuring clients receive a smooth and stress-free service throughout their transaction.
