Elizabeth Richmond

Elizabeth is a First Class Law graduate from the University of Leicester, where she was awarded both the Claire Nicholson Memorial Prize and the Fiona Moore Prize in recognition of her outstanding examination results. She was also the recipient of the Centenary Scholarship for her exceptional A-Level achievements.

As a member of the Commercial Property team, Elizabeth assists fee earners on a wide range of matters relating to commercial property. Her work includes supporting clients with the acquisition and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant matters on behalf of both parties, and advising developers on the acquisition of development sites and their subsequent disposal. Elizabeth combines strong academic credentials with a proactive approach to delivering effective support across complex commercial property transactions.
